A high intensity boxing based class for beginners and experts alike. We will guide you through a fierce 60 minute focus mitt workout that promises to challenge. Other elements included in this class are footwork drills, high intensity interval training, shadowboxing, plyometric movements, and core exercises. 

Kettlebell flow

A powerful full body workout, improve your core strength and muscular endurance. Build balance, power and muscle using the multi functioning tool of the kettlebell. Kettlebells are excellent for improving muscle tone, body composition, body awareness, and  overall strength. Kettlebell training is great for men and women of all shapes and sizes.
